Torqeedo Travel 1103CL is Long Shaft version is perfect for trailer sailers, Day sailing boats or any boat up to 1.5 tonnes requiring a Long Shaft motor. Keep in mind the Torqeedo electric has alot more push and pull power over a equivalent 3hp Petrol motor.  The Travel is equvilent to a 3hp Petrol outboard just without the noise, smell of fuel and service costs. 

Very user friendly the Traveldoesnt need any effort to start it. Just turn the throttle to go forward and the other way for reverse. With around over 1hr run time at FULL NON-STOP THROTTLE you'll have plenty of battery life when using the engine in normal conditions.

The Travel has a internal swapable battery mounted on the top with a very easy 1 handed locking / lifting handle.
